​Stream Cliff Farms 08/03

Randy and Sherry hosted a drive to Stream Cliff Farms which has a restaurant and a winery which four other couples were able to enjoy with them. The couples included Bob & Cindy, Paul & Londa, John & Ruth, and Bill & Erika to enjoy the beautiful but hot day's 75 mile drive from Randy & Sherry's house to the great destination. With Sherry leading in the anniversary '13 427 getting us there in plenty of time for the 12:30 lunch reservation with the group treated to the air conditioned inside seating. John's C8 is still getting it's replacement engine, so they were in the anniversary '03, with Bill driving in sympathy their '02, with Paul & Bob having their C8 convertibles to enjoy. After a great lunch everyone walked around the flower gardens and then enjoyed a quick wine tasting before heading back North. Bob & Cindy took the quick way home while the rest went back to Sherry & Randy's to enjoy some down time to miss the late afternoon traffic and some great together time. A nice end to a great club get together with the next one on Monday as a group is heading to Bowling Green for a few days and those not going are having dinner at Texas Road House to start another great summer week.
