December Drive 12/11

With the weather an unbelievable couple of days of temperatures in the 60's, really high for almost mid December, a drive was set up for Friday afternoon. With only a few members having taken their insurance off their Corvettes there was ten club cars along with Jim & Pam who were able to go along. The group met at McClures and were Bill & Erika, Doug & Arminta, Greg & Donna, Randy & Sherry, Bob & Cindy, John & Ruth, Charlie & Eileen, Phil & Anita, Jim S and Wylie. Bill was able to hand out the new club business cards while the group chatted, not having seen each other for awhile which was enjoyed by all. The route was circuitous heading East out of the starting point, using a detour route along the way and finally getting back to McClures for more mask to mask time afterwards. While at the end stop a truck went by pulling a flat trailer with a Red C4 on it. Fortunately Greg was driving 'Larry's' Corvette or we would have thought that Larry was trying to get it delivered. After that Bill & Erika drove by another C4 and took pictures to show Larry just what his will look like if the storage fees are not paid and it is left out in Indiana weather.
