First DnD of '25

On a beautiful, almost 70 degree, day Greg & Donna held the first Drive N Dine of the year. With a few days’ notice there were 6 Corvettes with Phil showing off his new '25 and Mitch, Bill & Erika's grandson, with his '85 on his first DnD drive. Also, able to go were Tom & Nancy, just back from vacation, and Jim with a day away from IMS. It was also the last time Donna's Corvette might go along as they are thinking of selling it to their son-in-law. Yes Greg will actually be selling one of his cars. Starting from Greg & Donna's things went a little bit wrong when Mitch missed the turn for 79th street as his radio had quit and he also couldn't get onto Spring Mill as quick to see the Corvette in front of him. He soon caught up and had no more issues and a great first drive. The trip went out to the smoother roads in Hendricks County and Greg's favorite curves and straight runs. After about an hour drive the group got to Stone Creek and almost had the whole restaurant to them for a great lunch. The day ended with much discussion about where to go next, with Bookers mentioned numerous times, so a trip there will be soon planned.
