Second Annual January Winter Party

Welcome to the Corvette Indy Party

On January 26, a cold but clear evening, Bill and Erika held their second annual party with a good group of Corvette Indy members able to attend despite the nasty flu season. Members include Rich & Suzanne B,  Greg & Donna B, Wylie & Rita E, Susie H & Terry S, Doug & Arminta I, Jim & Pam K, Sarah Lee R, Jim & Shelley N, Dick & Bonnie P, Bill & Cheryl R, Robert S & Judie, Randy & Sherry S, new member Bob H. and even Butch & Tammy D who had flown back from sunny Florida that morning. Erika's meatballs soon were gone even though she had made a bigger batch than last year, but there was plenty of other snacks and treats for everyone to munch on. With the Mecum auction on the TV much of the discussion was around Corvettes and the new C7 coming out. This year there was also some card playing done by some of the group, but mostly everyone circulated around and enjoyed each others company. As the evening wound down the Corvette Indy gang was looking forward to the next club meeting and the party at Jim & Shelley's a few weeks later. Although not a substitute for being able to drive the Corvettes to a destination, a club get together in the middle of winter is the next best thing. Hope to see you there next year, and Erika promises to make an even larger batch of meatballs for the hungry group.
