2013 Penske Car Show Corvette Indy Awards
Thanks to our president Greg B for spearheading the show, his recap follows:
Thanks to everyone that came out and attended the Penske Car Show today! Special thanks to all those that helped out and those that offered to help too! Bill parked the Camaros, Jeff parked the Vettes; Sarah Lee, Arminta, and Erika did the registration; Donna B, Rich & Suzanne B, Arminta and Erika helped with the vote counting and trophy awarding; Donna B, Erika and Matt R helped with the trophy presentation; Pat H worked up a sweat and a near heat stroke to provide the music and entertainment; several folks set up tents to provide heat relief; Mark S and Jim N helped moved trophies; Sarah Lee helped get the waiver signed; Shelley N and Marge H did the tickets; Jim & Shelley N, Rich B, Jim W and Donna helped with logistics; thanks to these and several others that pitched in and to many others that volunteered to help! If my old tired memory missed anyone, my apologies and my thanks for your help!
I hope everyone had an enjoyable day with friends and the Vettes!

Note: As we have done in the previous 2 years, some cars were disqualified from a class trophy award because they had already won one of the major awards and this enabled more cars to receive trophies instead of a few cars receiving multiple awards.
