2020 Tuesday Steak Night
Tuesday night at Ale Emporium has become one of the clubs longest running weekly club events. Graciously hosted by Bill Reynolds this early evening get together takes advantage of the $6.95 steak special along with a full menu of items to choose from. Club members usually try to get there between 4:45 & 5:15 to get seating and the special, as both are limited. Corvette parking is somewhat limited close to the restaurant so 'metal' cars are usually driven to this event. You can be assured that some Corvette Indy members will be there as long as the steak dinner special is available. The Ale Emporium address is 8617 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN, 46250, just East of Allisonville and North of 86th Street. Guests are always welcome and this is a good way to meet club members outside of our bi monthly meetings.

From the first picture you can tell it is a nice evening as the Zoomers are outside enjoying the using their laptops and tablets out on their patios. Will have to see if they continue outside as the weather goes into Fall.

Another Tuesday evening of both a zoom meeting for some and others eating at the Ale. The evening was nice for both groups as John & Ruth along with Bill & Cheryl sat outside and enjoyed the evening. From the Ale pictures other people were outside enjoying the evening too, while the members sat at their usual tables.

08/25/2020 Most conversation on the zoom meeting was about meeting at the new place on Monday everybody seem to like it other than the food service was a little slow but I realize and everybody else realized that they didn’t expect that many people to show up so it was definitely a thumbs up. Sorry I have no other pictures other than zoom. Thanks to Bill R for the report. |
