2018 Wednesday Noble Romans Cruise-in
After starting in the spring of 2017 the Corvette Indy members have continued to enjoy the Noble Romans in Westfield as a year around evening event, even when there is no actual Corvette cruise-in. This location is just West of US 31 on the South side of IN 32, with a huge parking lot that is great for the a Corvette cruise-in when the weather cooperates starting at 6 PM . There is also the additional incentive that the manager is reserving the back room each Wednesday and is giving the Corvette group a 20% discount on food! This is an open event and the club welcomes any Corvette or club to join in the fun.

With temps in the low 50's and dry roads 6 Corvettes ventured out to Wednesday Night Pizza for what might be the last time in 2018, as snow is predicted for the last evening of the year next week. Along with the Corvettes were a number of members enjoying Noble Romans then DQ afterwards, with everyone wishing all a Merry Christmas.

A lone Corvette ventured out on the above freezing and dry evening to Noble Romans and Dairy Queen. Who knows this may be the last Corvette sighting until Spring! Also there were a good number of members at the weekly event that had left their Corvettes home and bundled up for the coming long winter's night.

Corvettes made it to Pizza night too as the weather was great on Wednesday evening. It turned into a very busy evening at both Noble Romans and the DQ afterwards with some of the guys getting REALLY full!!

With beautiful late Fall weather 13 Corvettes and over 30 members headed to Noble Romans for who knows one of the last Corvette driving evenings of the year. As usual the group was glad to have the back room to themselves as there was the normal noise level too. Jimmie's birthday was today and Donna brought is a couple of cakes that were shared by all. With meal and cake filled tummies not as many headed over to Dairy Queen for an after meal treat.

On a beautiful early Fall evening 12 Corvettes and 25 members made it to Noble Romans and then a few headed over to the Dairy Queen as darkness approached. With great weather for the first Wednesday of September there was a nice turnout tonight at Noble Romans Pizza event. A beautiful evening with many Corvettes and a nice following to DQ, notice that the Ladies had a secret blizzard meeting while at the DQ too.

Another night that rain had been predicted earlier but didn't happen had members arriving a bit late. Everyone that finally got there had a great time and of course DQ topped of the evening.

A little bit smaller but just as enthusiastic group met for pizza and later DQ. Original member #36 Kay Cuppy joined the group at Noble Romans for pizza. Later Wylie stopped by at DQ and then Bill & Erika after another recon trip for Thursday's DnD. Ray also designated the DQ cashier as a honorary member -- he will do anything for free ice-cream!

A few brave souls met on this rainy Wednesday evening at Noble Roman's for the delicious pizza, salads, and pasta (& yes, breadsticks). Some of the regulars were here, but others were in Michigan, enjoying the sights and sounds of Woodward. No Corvettes were spotted in the parking lot, but it was hard to see through the rain and umbrella. Thanks to Marian Cole for taking care of the pictures with Ray being on the Woodward trip.

Only 7 Corvettes but 30 members made it to Noble Romans, as afternoon weather was shaky at the start.
Then a good proportion headed to DQ to enjoy the sunset on the patio.

A bit smaller group headed out to Noble Roman's and the DQ. Wylie arrived a bit late and, as the group started to leave, channeled Shelly Noelle (who is coming to the party Saturday) while talking using his hands. He clipped Ray's nearly full sangria glass which sent a red title wave towards Bill & Erika, who mostly moved out of the way. Napkins mopped up much of the flood and glass and no harm done other than a bit of stain stick being needed.
A bit smaller group headed out to Noble Roman's and the DQ. On a simply beautiful early June evening 16 Corvettes and 30 members, including two new ones Ken & Laura Tassell,
enjoyed the weekly get together at the Noble Romans. The group filled both long tables and fortunately did not have any competition for seating on this evening. Afterwards 14 of the group headed across the street to Dairy Queen for an evening treat while others just got in their Corvettes with tops down and took a ride.

With a beautiful and sunny afternoon hitting the mid 60's 14 Corvettes and 31 members went to the Noble Roman's Cruise-in for dinner. We also had another Corvette and potential new members stop by while eating to find out more about the club. Then afterwards 17 headed across the street to the DQ for ice cream and more conversation.

A very large group of around 32 members descended on Westfield for the evenings gathering at Noble Romans. Earlier in the day President Ray had put a note out for Corvettes to attend too. With a light rain settling in late in the afternoon a four did arrive by 5:45 and a few afterwards. They did head to DQ afterwards and had fun there too.
