2017 Tuesday Steak Night
The Ale Emporium continues as a weekly get together for a number of members as they take advantage of the dinner special. Started several years ago by host Bill Reynolds, he has continued the event to the delight of all. This weekly event takes advantage of the Ale Emporium's $6.95 bacon wrapped fillet with baked potato, soup, & salad Tuesday night special. Ale Emporium address is 8617 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN, 46250, just East of Allisonville and North of 86th Street. Club members usually try to get there between 5:00 & 5:30 to get seating and the special, as both are limited. Corvette parking is somewhat limited close to the restaurant so 'metal' cars are usually driven to this event. You can be assured that some Corvette Indy members will be there as long as the steak dinner special is available.

Small crowd tonight but lots of fun. We had a door prize giveaway that was one by Stewart. Also we had a poster put up for Ray to vote for president. Anyway still great time great food and best price in town also we had Halloween candy for everyone!

Wow we had a great turnout last night. Here's a few pictures of some of the food that people got that did not use the steak special menu. Here's a picture of the group. What a great group show up for steak night. Everyone had a good time great conversation and great food as always. Three people stepped outside of steak night menu one was chicken fingers, nice looking burger, also a very large Cobb salad anyway again great food great price and great time for all see you next week.

Enjoyed another great steak night with great Corvette family and friends. Congratulations to Anita on the purchase of her grand sport Corvette. She brought it to show - it was nice. And we thank Linda White for coming tonight it was a rough drive through traffic but she tufted out and made it. Thanks to all who came... look forward to seeing you all again next week.

Nice crowd on Tuesday. Great time celebrating John's birthday. After dinner we had cupcakes and cookies. John turned 77 years old. Again as always great time, great food, and yes best price in town. Had a Great group tonight. Got a mix of steak and other items from the menu a big variety. Everyone celebrated the Fourth of July tonight with red white and blue butter sugar cookies. They were delicious. The Ale will be closed next Tuesday and the next time we meet will be July 11. Have a safe happy Fourth of July and will see you soon. |

If you notice Ray seems to be very happy in his picture I think he got a new sharp steak knife. It was great to see everyone. We had a great crowd once again great to be with our Corvette family and friends. We had a mix of people ordering steak nachos and burgers and gyros. And kudos goes to Anita for keeping her cool when the waitress poured ice water down her back while she was refilling her water glass. And next week we suggest Ray should bring his own steak knife. Look forward to seeing everyone next week - until then save the wave.

Was great to see Shirley and Mike Berry back from Florida to join us. Also we had a great crowd great weather and as always great food. Lot of conversation about Main Event on Saturday. We had a great group of The regulars showing up with a couple of new people. We celebrated Easter. As you can see Mr. and Mrs. Easter bunny showed up and gave out candy. Gary Melton actually won an Easter bunny, stuffed of course. It was great to see Gary and Marianne back from their trip and catch up with them, sounds like they had a great time. As always a great time great with friends, hope to see you all next week.

We had a great group of 27 people for the Valentine's Day celebration. It was a lively group tonight and John and Marge were kind enough to bring everyone chocolates. After dinner everyone received a heart shaped cookie for dessert for their Valentine's Day. We look forward to seeing everyone next week for the best price in town on a steak dinner. Note: Bill & Cheryl also celebrated their anniversary too!!

We had 18 people. We celebrated Judy LaBonz's birthday With a fun dessert. A lot of the talk was about the warm weather this weekend and on Saturday the Vettes may come out to play! We also talked about how that in 1953 on January 17 the first Corvette was introduced. Again as always great conversation with wonderful friends and great food the best price in town for steak dinner. See you all next week.
